My name is Kit McCormick, and this is my blog. I am the founder of Reporting Systems and a developer of software. I have been a code grinder for 20+ years, starting with BASIC on CP/M and including Fortran, C/C++, and Java. I have dabbled a bit in PHP, too. My favorite kind of development is user-centered, and these days java and Flex are my implementation technologies of choice.

I am using this blog to showcase some ideas and techniques I use to design and implement user-centered systems.  Currently, this site focuses on Flex development.
